Preciosa is thrilled to introduce our crystal innovations for Autumn/Winter 2023 named Hotel Anybody, which includes a brand-new, game-changing color Mesmera for our signature Chaton Roses MAXIMA.

This season’s fashion story is a playful riff on our rejuvenated desire to travel.

To travel is to inhabit the in-between. A temporary emancipation from who we were at departure, and who we will be upon return.

Hotel Anybody showcases our latest crystal innovations and was shot at the iconic Grandhotel Pupp in the traditional spa town of Karlovy Vary.

New Color MESMERA

The latest addition to Preciosa's portfolio of eco-friendly glass colors is anything but ordinary. Born from recycled electromagnetic waste and a decades-long friendship between two career chemists, Mesmera is the sublime amalgamation of serendipity and science. As if by magic, it flickers from purple to green and back again, bewitching the senses with its characteristic metamerism, meaning it appears differently under natural and synthetic light.

This sublime shade was developed over several months with the prestigious Czech Academy of Sciences and contains trace amounts of a rare-earth metal called neodymium, which was harvested from recycled electromagnetic waste.

Mesmera is complemented by several additional innovations including a new coating for Rondelle Beads and several exciting range extensions.

Produced according to Preciosa’s highest quality standards, six of our classic flatback shapes will join the rest of our flatbacks portfolio as part of Preciosa’s premium quality, lead-free MAXIMA line.
